Profile of the trainers
Nicola Gittins is currently a Senior Lecturer at Birmingham City University Business School, she has over 15 years marketing management experience. With specialist knowledge of marketing communications, Nicola has worked with a number of major blue chip organisations in a variety of sectors, including Barclays Bank, Cable & Wireless and Land Rover.
Jashpal Mall who has over 14 years’ experience in design and marketing, working in blue-chip organisations such as Trinity Mirror Group, Games Domain and BT. He is a qualified Higher Education teacher and has previously been a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University, teaching courses on digital media and visual communication.
